- Major Introduction and Description
The Architectural Engineering major at the Graduate School of Engineering at Yonsei University was first introduced as a construction major at the Graduate School of Industry in 1972. Over the past 40 years, the program has grown dramatically and has produced a large number of graduates. Since its inception, the architectural engineering major at Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Engineering has been a popular program not only among design offices, construction companies, public officials, and engineering technicians, but also among professionals in finance, law, and other related fields.
The architectural engineering program is taught by world-class professors who are experts in their respective fields of design, planning and theory, environment and facilities, construction, and structures. The curriculum is diverse and well designed in order to meet the rapidly shifting demands of the construction market. Furthermore, the alumni network is built upon a long withstanding history that boasts a scale and level that are incomparable with that of other universities.
